Class 4 & 5 Hiab Driver Operator

Experienced hiab operator needed. Must have previous Hiab experience with references from recent employment. Clean license truck and trailer. Own reliable vehicle. Must be available for some weekend work as well as long haul when required.

Must be able to back truck and trailor combination and tractor semi combination including trombone.

We cart:

• Frames and Trusses
• Steel
• Pine poles
• Timber and hardware
• Blocks and Pavers
• Port a coms
• and anything else than can go on a truck.

Class 5 Hiab Operator / Mechanic

Seeking a full time Heavy Diesel Mechanic to inspect and maintain all trucks on site, and ensure they are work ready for the following day. You will be responsible for diagnosing all faults and rectifying them. You will need to be able to do brakes, take care of truck engines for Class 2 - 5 trucks. You will also be pre-inspecting and taking trucks to VTNZ for COF.

Requirements:

• Full Class 5 License as you will be required to test drive trucks, attend to breakdowns and repair other trucks that might not be able to make it to workshop for assistance.
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar role or a relevant qualification with at least 18 months experience.
• Hiab certificate.
• Reliable, honest, fit and healthy with no back or knee injury.
• Clean police and drug test.
